Ttc while your life is a time bomb

Ok. So I'm Tachycardic which basically means my heart rate is very externally fast and doesn't stay on beat no matter what (at rest, running, peeing, eating food, sleeping...) it causes me to pass out ALOT. That being said I also have very low blood pressure which also causes me to faint a lot. I'm on medication for both my heart problem and my blood pressure.

Will this affect me getting pregnant?!

I have been trying for over a year now with 3 misscariages and I'm starting to get nervous.... anyone have any input on this?
