It's a hickey. You have to google tips on how to get rid of a hickey, it takes time. Gently scraping it with a toothbrush helps, but Google will have more tips for you. Best thing to do is get some color correcting makeup for covering it for the next few days. Green concealer will cancel out redness (you don't need a lot) just put a bit on, blend it out, and out foundation or concelear in your skin tone over top.
