help me please I'm itchy lol

I shaved my hair .. Down there.. For the first time and it's hella itchy any advice .. Here's what happened today I was trimming and accidentally shaved too much and my hair looked weird so I decided to shave it all and now it itches so bad please help any advice on how to make it stop itching!
