Spotting after period?

Loni • Mon, Oct 03 • My name is Loni & I am 22 years old. I am a single mom to a 3 year old son. I have hypothyroid, PCOS, MTHFR, PAI-1 & Protein S Deficiency. (Currently pregnant!)

I just recently had my period 6 & a half weeks after my d&c in August. It only lasted 3 days but a few days later I had a little bit of spotting. Is this normal? We were going to start trying soon but not sure if I want to until I know my body is back to normal.
