Possible miscarriage?

So i am a month and a half late. Until yesterday i started spotting ith mucus like substance (which isnt normal for me) and then today excess amounts of blood and blood clots have happened along with MAJOR cramp like pain. And have gone through 6 super tampons in seven hours (i never use supers)

I have low thyroid which makes most test come back negative...i have taken two and both said negative so i am now in the ER getting checked out...none of this is normal for me i used to only get my cycle once every three to five months (without meds) and it was never this bad so im slightly scared.

It could be just an abundance of blood from being late or could be miscarrying. Some women pass everything on their own but some have to go to the hospital. Just to be safe I would get checked out

That happened to me but I was two months late and I wasn't pregnant and when my period finally started it was super bad and had huge clots I went to the ER and said it wasn't a miscarriage just to confirm on their end and gave me meds to help stop the bleeding.

If you dont know if youre pregnant being that late go to the hospital if you think youre having a miscarriage
