Cold sores?!

Are these cold sores?! They appeared this evening after we had a visitor over kissing her! I'm freaking out!!!

Visitor could have ate something or wore something that irritated her. I hope not they are terrible I've had to live through them becuz my grandma kissed me when I was a baby. However that should be a new rule do not kiss my baby on hands or mouth or face or anywhere just blow a kiss on your way out lol

It looks like baby acne to me. Maybe a reaction to chaos tick or something.

Cold Sores don't typically pop up THAT soon.

It usually takes about a whole night for it to become that bubbly blister. Just watch it & see if it looks like bubbly blisters tomorrow or little pimples 😊
