Bad cramp like pains

So all day I have been having pins and needles type cramps in my upper right side. My baby is sitting in my lower left abdomin.. Complete opposite corner of where my pain is. I am 18 weeks 5 days. It's. It gas as I have no issue in that area all day. And on top of that every time I stand up whether it's getting off the couch or out of bed I get a sharp shooting pain in my lower right abdomin no matter where the baby is currently positioned. I know it's too soon for Braxton's and baby isn't that big yet as I don't ever really even feel movement yet. What should I do? I'm. It freaking out just kinda starting wonder if maybe I should my dr.
