Breakthrough Bleeding Wont Stop?

Hi ladies!

So I'm on the depo shot and got it at the end of July. Last month on the 7th I started one of the side effects of breakthrough bleeding. So I went to a NP that did an exam. Not its the 2nd of October and I haven't stopped bleeding! Its light bleeding but very annoying. What should I do?
