RH negative - found antibodies

I'm RH negative and already had to have the rhogam shot due to a subchorionic hemorrhage around 8 weeks, but my 12 week bloodwork came back positive for antibodies. I have to retest and get my hubby tested, but I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this? What happens next after retesting the bloodwork? Anyone had this and had everything turn out okay? I know there's a risk for anemia, liver/kidney failure and needing blood transfusions, but I hope it doesn't come to that.
