Anal fissures from anal sex?

So I was drunk and tried anal and really fucking regret it but I didn't have any blood in my stools but I checked my butt and there's like 3 little tears and I was just wondering if I should really worry about this or if they would go away... also me and and my boyfriend are clean with no stds

I used to work for a colo-rectal surgeon and he would generally tell patients that fissures will more than likely heal on there own in a couple of weeks. If not then there is topical ointment they can prescribe you

I've had a couple fissures(ranging from super tiny to needing cream and an appt with a doctor). I was always fine in a week. Totally back to normal, exceot for the worst one i had.. it took longer. My advice...eat food that softens your stool if your finding your poops to be painful. A glass of prune juice worked for me fine and another big thing is, again if it's painful, try to relax your muscles and anus while using the bathroom. It doesn't hurt as bad if your relaxed.
