Severe lower back pain

I'm experiencing severe lower back pain toward the right of my back. I've taken Tylenol and no help, I have a heating pad on it and still no help 😭 I can't sit, stand, and laying down is unbearable!!!!!! It's 11:30pm and I have to get up for work at 4:30am!

Anyone else experience this?
