heavy bleeding 8 weeks after caesarean

I had a caesarean on August 6 I bleed normally for six weeks. Then the bleeding stopped. I started bleeding yesterday lightly. Which is eight weeks postpartum. But today I had a really heavy bleeding and a lot of blood clots. A lot of the clots were very large. Should I worry? I don't remember ever having periods of heavy before it is  kind of scary. How much is too much bleeding for a period? Is anyone else having this issue or has had this issue?
