I'm 19 weeks pregnant and feel movement in my belly but I'm not sure if it has or the baby. I usually feel it in my lower belly around the same spot which makes me think it's the baby but right after I turn around and have little weird feelings in my belly I'm guessing that's the gas but what I've felt in my lower belly feels like someone is poking me from the inside.
