Should I get my breast checked? Concerned

3 days away from my period no cramps or signs of period which is a good thing.

But.. My boobs have been swollen and my veins are so big and showing. But what I'm worried about is the nipples have stayed erect constantly and feel like painful while you touch them and i keep getting these black dots on my nipples and bruises all over my boobs.

Should I be concerned I have a fertility specialist appointment on November 8th

Will a fertility specialist do a breast exam as well for me?

And should I even wait that long to get my boobs looked at?

So bruised and is painful to take my bra on or off. All these symptoms bruises ect have been happening for 2 weeks.

I realize yall are not doctors but I like to get other women's advice.
