I have this weird pain in my lower abdomen on one side. It's dull but it's constant. It came on after I tried going number 2 pretty unsuccessfully so it could just be some trapped gas or constipation pains. It could also be a cyst forming from where I had ovulated from which is apparently very common in pregnancy. It could also be a ligament stretching to accommodate the growth. I also slept in a weird position yesterday and that caused some pretty bad back pain all day yesterday, so maybe this stomach pain is an extension of the sore back?
