Not sure whats going on😣

So last friday, i lost a large portion, if not all, of my mucus plug. I valled my doc and he said he didnt think anything was going to come of it. Since then ive had a constant lower back ache, and i get random, painful braxton hicks. Also, my lady parts seems extremely sore.. and there is a lot of pain, if im laying down, i cant hardly roll over because there is a lot of pressure. I am only 29 weeks, so im pretty worried that somethings not right. I have a doctors apointment on thursday, and i feel like a doofus for not knowing whats going on😣
