Trying to conceive .. help needed !

Hello I'm in my mid 20s and I just recently got my Mariana out! I don't know how long the effects will last , I have been researching but no luck on a set date. I'm so scared that I can't conceive and I been to afraid to go to the doctors. I just wanna know if the ovulation window on here works or not ? There is no boyfriend, but the same guy. Please don't slander me for not wanting a husband. I get that effort from my parents.
