Pain....

Okay, so I had a miscarriage last April, then in October I got the Copper-T IUD. My gyno diagnosed me with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. And the last few periods I have had such unbearable cramps that they have literally sent me to the floor in pain. Suggestions? Is the IUD the culprit, or is it the PCOS??
