Update: due 10/17

For anyone who wants to know.

Back story: been having on and off contractions since thursday; 2-3 cm dilated, thinned, and head really low at appt Friday; they became regular this morning and thought 3-5 mins apart by the time i got to the hospital today around 1 pm.

I stayed for observation for about an hour - was 4 cm, 70% effaced, and baby's head engaged to -3 position but after the hour of observation and no change i was discharged..

We just spent over 3 hours walking around downtown to get things moving. Contractions got closer together but once i sat down for a bit they'd ease up. We are now home trying to rest but I'm just so uncomfortable i don't want even sit down because the contractions are more in my back compared to the lower abdomen ones id been having for days.

I just want my epidural now so i can sleep lol
