Whats a natural way to regulate periods.
Last month I got my period on cycle day 27. Tomorrow will be cycle day 30. They usually bounce around like that. Sometimws its cycle day 26 and sometimes its cycle day 33 I get my period. I think Ill get it tomorrow because my breast arent sore or full anymore and thats usually what happens befor I start. I miss when I had a normal 27 and 28 day cycle every month. Any ideas on natural ways to get it back on track?
