Evening Primrose Oil
Hello Ladies,
So I'm due Wednesday October 5th with my first, I'm 2 cm dilated and 30% effaced. In an effort to attempt a natural delivery I am forgoing induction drugs until 42 weeks. My midwife suggested evening primrose oil, inserted vaginally before bed. But things I've read women post that they took it orally as well, so how many times orally and vaginally is appropriate? A pill by mouth am and noon and vaginally in the pm??
