induction stories?!

So im official being induced on October 11th. DUE TO MEDIDAL REASONS. I want to know how your experience went. So any induction stories?😊

I was induced for my first (this is my third) and it was intense but I loved it. It was a 13 hour labor and the best advice I could give is to always relax (tension makes the pain worse) and to breathe through it. I did it all natural (no pain meds) and I plan on going natural again whether induced or not.

I was induced with my first, and will be induced again with my second at 39 weeks if he doesn't decide to come before then. I had a great experience being induced! I got a call at 5:00 on a Saturday and was asked "how would you like to come in in a hour and have a baby??" I was a ftm and at that point crapping my pants like holy crap I was going to go in to have a baby in an hour! So we get the car all packed and I get ready and we get to the hospital and get checked in by the time I get settled in it's like 6:30 I had to get antibiotics because I GBS positive (I am this time around as well) so they gave me that until about midnight. Then they used that little magic pill that they put on your cervix, I started having slight contractions after that not too long after that they were able to start me on pitocin. At first my contractions were nothing I was thinking "really, this is going to be a breeze" lol. Then they got stronger and stronger. Once they were unbearable I got the epidural and they ended up breaking my water for me. I had my daughter at 6:14 in the morning the next day. So total I think I was in active labor 6 hours? After getting the pitocin? It all went so smooth. Best day of my life (: really hoping I have as good of luck with this baby as well. It also made all the difference that I had an amazing nurse!
