In my current doctors office even when I have scheduled appointments we wait for about 2-3 hours before being seen. Sometimes we see a Nurse Practitioner and I go two months without a doctor. They have almost 15 doctors and I don't see the same one more than twice. So to this day I'm still meeting new doctors. I had a fairly young doctor or nurse practitioner once that was on WebMD infront of us on her phone looking up my medicine and symptoms once (and reduced my normal dose because of something she read there). They also had the baby's gender wrong (which I don't blame them for, I know it happens and I was only 18 weeks at the time). When I DO see a doctor it's incredibly rushed. I've had one doctor educate me on ANYTHING about pregnancy out of the 10 or so I've met thus far. Everything else I learn myself or from you all or books. If I ask questions I feel rushed out, usually don't see a doctor for more than 2-3 minutes.

My question is, is there anything different I should do from the beginning with this new doctor group to avoid all this? This time I read reviews before choosing and they were referred to me by a close friend . The last place had no more than two stars in any site I looked if not worse. I should've known.
