Mucus plug?

Pretty sure I just lost my mucus plug. And I'm 23 weeks anyone else lose there's this early

So he said keep my feet up, and come into the office tomorrow to get checked and make sure I'm not at risk for preterm labor, unless I start have regular contractions. He is going to check my cervix.

This is my first pregnancy and I am not sure what's normal or not. But I'm curious. Why do I think you lost your plug? What did it look like and what was the amount?

With my first pregnancy, I lost my mucous plug three or four times, it kept rebuilding. If you're worried I would get checked out but it could also be nothing.

I'm pretty sure I'm losing mine too. I'm 27 weeks tomorrow. Which is when I went into labor with my last baby... I got checked at I'm already at 3 cm dilated.  So definitely go see your doctor. But just to give your mind some ease I didn't deliver until 35 weeks.  And that time I was almost at 5cm dilated.  Good luck and try not to worry too much..
