So, me and my boyfriend were getting hot and heavy and he asked me if I knew I was lactating. I said I'd have to be pregnant for that to be true, but when I was by myself, I squeezed my breast and a clear almost sticky liquid came out. I'm kind of worried because breast cancer does run in my family. I just wanted your opinions on what to do/what it could be. (Sexually active, on birth control but not very good at remembering.)
