Does anyone else have really bad hip pain?

I'm only 25w5d and my hips are killing me. I cant even imagine when im further along. When I'm at work it hurts to stand. I have a shooting pain from my hip to my butt and down my leg. Does anyone else have this problem and found any relief?

🙋🏻yasss! I broke my pelvis a few yr back. I have an 18m old and my hip pain wasn't bad with her- I was also very active. I'm 29w with ds and my hip pain is sometimes too much. Like it locks up and I literally can't move for a few. You sound like you may have sciatica nerve pain. Starts in the hip and shoots down your leg.

Yes. It's only gotten worse the farther I've gone. 32 weeks now and it's pretty bad most days. Sitting on an exercise ball helps.

I started too earlier on I just don't remember when.  I'm 32w5d. I go to my chiropractor once a week and it has help so much.  The way you describe what your going thru sounds like your siatic nerve, especially if it's going down your leg.  Im not dealing with that though,  my hip is just out of alignment and rolled forward.
