anyone get real sore cramps? should I be worried? Don't know how far along I am yet. I've got doctor appointment tomorrow.

I'm guessing you recently found out your pregnant? So maybe a few weeks? I had mild cramping from conception until almost the end of my first trimester with my first. Thought for sure my period was about to start any day. Mild cramping and even a little spotting is harmless. Cramping is normal as everything is starting to stretch and grow. Mention it at your drs appointment to be sure but I wouldn't worry. Good luck!
