Would you go to your postpartum checkup while still spotting/bleeding?

My 6 week postpartum appt is coming up in a few days... 
Since you get checked down there I was debating if I should go? Or just reschedule ? I'm still spotting and I find it kinda gross if she has to check. Would u go?

Definitely go. They don't think it's gross at all, and your 6 week appointment is super important. I was still bleeding at mine. No worries.

Yeah still go, they need to make sure everything is healing correctly. They've prob seen it all and won't mind as much as you think they do

I was still spotting a bit at mine. I felt really gross, but it gave me peace of mind because I had stopped bleeding and restarted and wondered if I had re-torn or something. I liked the reassurance that I had healed and it was normal.

If you had a vaginal birth then you did way worse on your doc during delivery. You bleed, peed and pooped on them. Trust me they don't mind some bleeding.

Trust me they do not care. I went for my 6 week and had a csection so he didn't check my lady bits but I had an annual pap scheduled for the following week and told him I might be in my period and his response was "what do you think my job is? It doesn't bother me at all"
