Lightening Crotch :(

So with 6 more weeks left to go this thing called lightening crotch had gotten real! When I get up from bed, put pants on, walk to long, sit for to long then stand up.... it's constant lol :(. Anyone else experiencing it? If so when and is it always normal or shoukd there be any concerns about it?
