Dark veins: pms or pregnancy????

My period is due tomorrow. My breasts usually get swollen and sore about 5 days before I start . Theyre neither swollen or sore right now, and these dark veins popped up about 3 days ago.. plus my nipples have gotten bigger. has anyone else had this as an early pregnancy sign? Or is this a pms sign???
