did I test to early do I still have a chance

September 28th I had a blood test to see if I was pregnant but I ovulated the September 27th I didn't have many symptoms except sore boobs but now I have a ton of symptoms veiny breast, sore breast, nauseau, frequent urination, fatigue my nipples also got darker, cramping and I'm bloated! They said the test was negative could it be I tested way to early? Could I still have a chance to be pregnant?
