Reoccurring UTI's???!!!

Question

I just recently got married, and everyone failed to mention that sex can cause UTI's... I got a UTI a week and a half after getting married, and it lasted for three weeks and became a kidney infection, and then I got another one after that about two weeks later, and now two and a half months later, I have a third one. 
Does anyone else suffer from reoccurring UTI's? How do you get them to stop? I'm taking cranberry vitamins and D-Mannose daily, as well as apple cider vinegar. I don't have the money to keep going to the doctors all the time. What do you all recommend?

It helps to make sure you pee before and right after you have sex so pee cleans out any build up you have collected during sex.

I use to get them frequently too. After sex make sure to thoroughly clean down there. I use to take AZO Cranberry tablets after sex, so it cleans out your system while you sleep. (We have sex at night lol) also AZO has uti meds you can take to clean out your system if you have one beware it turns your urine yellow/brown. It took about 6 months for my body to get use to having sex mire often. Your body just has to adjust.

i get them all the time i had 4 within 2 months not fun at all.  the doc gave me antibiotics for after sex
