Ever had unusual pregnancy symptoms?

Everyone hears about the normal symptoms like, nausea, fatigue , sensitive to smell, things like that but has anyone had anything different from the norm? Like high fever, paranoid feelings, itchier scalp? Anything out of the ordinary before you got your bfp?
