How often do you brush your teeth?

I've been going to stay with friends a lot lately, and it's been brought to my attention that maybe not everyone brushes their teeth the same... How about you?

I do just in the morning unless I ate something spicy then I will after that meal too. My SIL I'm not sure she knows what a brush is. I went to her house and used her bathroom. Her toothbrush had dust on it. Like it had not been touched in months. Her teeth are also nasty and it creeps me out when she smiles because you can see the tarter build up.

I'm SO glad basically all of the responses were once/twice a day. I read this topic before voting and felt so uncomfortable thinking the results might skew more. Phew. I'm so crazy about teeth. Brush your pearly whites!!!!!!
