Last night I had cramps in my lower abdomen and my lower back. I woke up this morning and my whole stomach was achy and I got the bloody show. I had a couple what felt like contractions this morning and the bloody show went away. Then a while ago the bloody show appeared again. I am 40 weeks and 1 day. Am I in labor?
