SI joint pain / back pain - what helped you?
I'm barely able to walk to my car some days, let alone get any shopping or chores done. I've tried two different chiropractors and no help. I'm thinking acupuncture next. Has anyone else found a solution? It really just feels like my hip is dislocated.
