late period and negative tests

My periods are seven days late. I keep getting negative pregnancy tests all the time. Yesterday between 6:20-7:30am I had a pink discharge which has now vanished and I am now getting cramps. Could I be pregnant? No blood today at all. Has anyone had this? I'm very confused.
