tips for conceiving??

Bf of 6years and I are trying really really hard for our third baby, but everything just seems to fail.. any suggestions??

My doctor told me baby dance every other day after aunt flow stops( I use preseed during that time and my fertile week), keep your bmi under 30 but not under 16, eat healthy, track your menstrual cycles ( even tho there irregular) and use ovulation test to track your fertile day.. Hope that helps
