Crotch/pelvic pain at 34 weeks?

Question

So is anyone else experiencing any of the super intense bone pain or whatever in the groin/pelvic area. It really is making it difficult to even walk. Rolling over in bed, it sounds like I'm a dying cat, with the groaning, moaning and grunting. I walk funny. Between my hips and crotch, those bones just hurt all the time. Its annoying.

I've had this pretty bad since 29 weeks. I'm 33 now and it's still going strong... I'm beyond over it! We're almost done,  mama!

Me too when I google I find spd comes up but it seems mostly like that is only recognized in the U.K.  I asked my doc about it and she basically said there nothing to do just kinda deal w it.  But I've read you can do some physical therapy to help... idk.  It's bad for me when standing up from sitting awhile, putting my pants on (lifting one leg at a time) and rolling over in bed.

Yeah I also have this its just started and I'm 34 + 1 it's horrible I'm also suffering from tight pain in my hand when I wake up and try squeeze my hands it's impossible it's to painful :/ pregnancy eh I love my bump n my little man but I'm so done with being pregnant now

Sometimes the pain and pressure is so much it feels like my baby is going to come out. Was so uncomfortable for a whole week non stop and now it's just periodically throughout the day. But yes!....getting dressed, shaving, or anything on one leg hurts even more so. This is my fourth pregnancy and definitely a new one for me....almost there tho!! 💙
