Young and Married

So I have been married for 10 months this month, I am 24 years old and my husband is 23. From the moment we got married anytime I am sick everyone and their mother thinks I'm pregnant! Now everyone at my work thinks I'm pregnant because I went to the doctor one day, was out the next because I was throwing up (bad reaction to the medicine I was put on) and I had many text asking me when I was due! Like really can a girl just get sick without the world thinking I'm pregnant?!?!?! Am I the only one that has this problem?
