Pleasee help should I go to l&d???

I have really bad diarrhea!!!!! Like really bad I go to the bathroom and I have to shit so bad and I push so hard but there is nothing I'm empty! Also I'm 39 weeks pregnant! And I have bad cramps. Like really bad. I don't think it's contractions but every time I leave the bathroom I end up back in there 10 min later. This has been going on for hour and half. I feel so sick! What should I do??????? 😭😭😭 wait it out see if really contractions come or go to l&d and see if there is something going on with me???

Call the ER. Diarrhea can be a sign of early labor.

I'm 33+4 weeks and have been having bad diarrhea. I called my OB and they said go to the hospital so I can get IV fluids. Urinalysis showed I had ketones which means I was dehydrated. I also started getting very nauseated so they gave me zofran too. I was having some irregular contractions as well.

Diarrhea is a sign of early labour!! Your body clears itself out before labour!

Nothing to stress out over though. Just stay hydrated. 
Get some rest the best you can!!

I would go to l&d. You're pretty far along and it doesn't hurt to get checked out. The cramps could be contractions.

Pleasee help should I go to l&d???
