Nipple piercing pain relief

Hey gals,

I got my nipples pierced today and got through the process well, but it's been about 12 hours now and I'm getting raw. I took Tylenol already as suggested and I'm in a sports bra as suggested to prevent bouncing and rubbing. Does anyone have any pain relief tips?
