Okay so I'm a boilermaker so I work construction I'm also 26 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I was working on some scaffolding I was tied off and I had gone to the end of my retractable so it locked up and caused me to fall on the scaffold I was on and while trying to get up I fell off of the scaffolding and because it had already locked up while I was walking it didnt lock up to save me from my fall. So I wound up falling 8-10 feet down. Only injuries to me is a big burn on my lower stomach from a halogen light I fell on initially. The safety coordinator brings me to the er in Bismarck Nd to get my burn checked out and make sure that the baby is fine. She's fine and I am super thankful for that and for the people working around me who were quick to get the safety guy up to where I was and make sure I was okay and able to get up.
