Last night I experienced period like cramps they were bad enough to wake me up I went to the toilet expecting blood but there was nothing! The last time I found out I was miscarrying it started with spotting but no pain! I'm trying to stay calm but the midwife didn't want to give me any reassurance and now I'm beyond terrified 😔 any advice would be amazing please xx
