throwing up or having to take a dump at school ??

So I sick and on my period so I use the bathroom a lot but when I feel sick to my stomach I eithe have to poop or throw up and I'm so nervous to poop or throw up at school because of either the smell or the sound how can I get over this fear ???

I'm not in school, but I can relate to this very much. I had my gallbladder removed about 2 years ago and ever since I will end up with awful awful bowel movements that seriously will run everyone out of the building, lol. I make sure I carry a little travel bottle of febreeze in my purse for these reasons. It helps a lot.

Shit happens, and every body Poops. Try not to feel embarrassed there is way worse things than someone knowing you poop or puke 😉 they make poo pourri that you spray in the toilet before you go it's purse sized and really does keep the smell down! I am also a poop at home person but occasionally you gotta do what ya gotta do.

I've only gotten sick at school once while trying to recover from a kidney infection, and it was awful. I felt like everyone just stared while I left my stall, lol. 😬

If you really need to take a dump at school, you should try putting toilet paper in the toilet so it doesn't make a noise and flush the toilet as soon as your done before you even wipe. It should help the smell!!

I was never able to poop in school but always get sick to my stomach when AF hits so I just tell the teacher I don't feel good and need to go to the nurses office. I think I'll be more comfortable pooping in the nurses office then where everyone else go, and the nurse will understand just let her know your on ur cycle.
