I'm about 5 weeks. My first appt isn't for another two weeks. I really don't feel pregnant because I'm not really sick, peeing a lot, eating more, ect I'm extremely tired (taking three 2hr naps a day😳) but other than that everything is so mild. This is my first so is all the sickness coming for me or can I expect it to stay like this. #wishfulthinking
