Anyone else have vaginal vacuum assist delivery?

The rectal pain is unbelievable. Going to the bathroom has finally gotten easier. But I still have to be horizontal from the pain in my anus. Can't sit up at all and can only stand for very short periods. I am 4 days pp. When will it end?!? What are others doing to cope?

Hm, maybe something else is going on with me then. Hemorrhoid? But nothing is poking out. Well it's finally feeling better anyway. It was a rough week to be sure...

I had a vacuum assist. Didn't know some of my pain might be from that, I assumed everything was from the 2nd degree tear.

I had the vacuum assist as well. I had no idea that's what the discomfort came from. I wasn't necessarily in any pain just uncomfortable pooping. My labor and delivery was very fast, four hours start to finish and luckily I had no vaginal pain after delivery.

Anyone else have vaginal vacuum assist delivery?
