One of my biggest pet peeves!! When women spell their kids name exactly how it sounds!!

For example like this girl I know named her daughter Ariana but instead of spelling it normal she spelled it like Aireonna the way it sounds when you say it 🙈 or this girl I seen her name is Erica but is spelled Airecka. Like why???? Lmao
