Baby acne ?

My 3 week old baby has tiny bumps on her forehead , her cheeks, her chin. Seems like mostly heat bumps but under her chin they look like acne. 
Is this common or Normal in newborns ? What can u do to clear them or prevent them?

Very common.  Put breast milk on the area, the acid helps with exfoliation and redness.

Organic unrefined coconut oil. My baby had very bad acne all over and in just a week it's almost completely gone. I put it on several times a day whenever I see his face dry. I didn't like putting breast milk because it's sticky

My baby girl had the same thing. I put breast milk on them and it's clearing up. Now if only breast milk helped with her hair loss😒

Yes it's normal and just wash her face during bath. It's just your hormones leaving her body. My guy is 3.5 months and still has them
