Cat calling is disrespectful. I've heard men and women say cat calling is just a way to compliment the person. Well then they should politely compliment the person, not turn them into a sex object. If yelling a bunch of inappropriate sexual comments is easy then it should be super easy to go up to them and say "hi, just wanted to tell you, you look beautiful." It's not hard to be respectful of others.

Hell no.  Cat calling is a trigger for my PTSD from when I was raped.  It is disrespectful and disgusting.  It gives me panic attacks and causes me to dissociate.  I wish men who do that would control themselves.  It makes me terrified to go out and about some days.

I love when my boyfriend does it to me when we are out at a store and we go and grab different stuff and then meet up. He will walk out and hit on me and say he's totally taking me home😂 like the corniest shit but I mean we've been together for a while.
